Zookz gift cards may be used to order in the restaurant or online.

AT THE RESTAURANT: Just bring your physical gift card, a printout of your online card or your phone to use your gift card at Zookz.

ONLINE: If you purchased your gift card online, use the number on the gift card to order online.

If you purchased your gift card in the store, you will need to access your unique, online card number to order online. To obtain your online card number, please check your gift card balance using the link below. Once you’ve checked the balance, an image will appear that shows the number you entered as well as the number you need to order online. Use the new number (16 digits) to place your online order.
